Terms and Conditions

By booking a trip with us, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions given below.

Deposit Requirement

25% of the trip cost must be paid as a deposit at the time of booking. This is necessary for making reservations and payments for booking hotels, flights, permits, etc. in advance. The remaining amount must be paid in full upon arrival in Kathmandu.

Cancellation Policy

If canceled by the client:

If for any reason you decide to cancel the trip, you must inform the company in advance in writing. The cancellation charges are as follows:

• Cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of trek: full deposit refund.
• Cancellation is made less than 60 days before the start of trek: 50% deposit refund.
• Cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the trek: no refund.

Note: Cancellation cannot be made once the trip has begun.

No refund shall be issued in case of premature termination of the trip caused voluntarily or involuntarily (such as any sickness, altercations, death in family, schedule changes, etc.).

The client is responsible for all additional expenses, including food and accommodation, that might arise due to delayed or missed flights.

If canceled by the company:

The company reserves the right to cancel any trip. A trip may be canceled for various reasons that are beyond the control of the company. Political unrest, natural disasters, and flight problems are some of the reasons why a trip may be canceled. In such cases, the company will issue you a full refund or will offer you another similar trip.

The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the trip in case of any disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.

Medical Conditions and Special Requirements

Any medical conditions or special requirements that you have or that you expect to have during the trek must be notified to us ahead of the trip. The company will do its best to accommodate your needs. However, the company will not be liable for any illnesses, injuries, accidents, physical or mental problems, and similar misfortunes that might befall you during the trip.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers.
